Wudhu Series - Idea 9: Wudhu Wordsearch
This wordsearch would be great to consolidate learning on wudhu, especially in the classroom!
P.S. That will be the last wudhu idea – unless you all have more to share? Pls message me if you do!
Wudhu Series - Idea 8: Wudhu Rhymes
This is a great rhyme to sing with our children as we act out the actions… it has been often used in Madressa classes with success!
(To the tune of Here we go round the Mulberry bush!)

Wudhu Series - Idea 7: Flashcards
This idea from Towards Jannah fits in perfectly with our wudhu series! Check it out in detail through the link below:
Wudhu Series - Idea 6: The deeper beauty of wudhu
I just LOVE this clip which describes the beauty and hidden depth of wudhu – one to help your older children understand why we do wudhu!
Wudhu Series - Idea 5: This powerpoint presentation
Someone sent me this powerpoint by Hujjat Workshop, which covers many of the basics of wudhu, INCLUDING when we need wudhu and what makes wudhu baatil.

Wudhu Series - Idea 4: Tayammum
OK, so not literally part of wudhu but close enough 😉
This video tutorial (by the same people who did yesterday’s video) would be great when teaching our children what to do when water is not available, or for any of the other reasons we would need to do tayammum.
A great resource for Madressas also!
Wudhu Series - Idea 3: Watch a demo
Obviously nothing can beat a practical demo that the children can see for themselves!
I liked how this clip was SO clear and simple, and just about 4 minutes long.
Check it out!
Wudhu Series - Idea 2: Method of Salat App
Wudhu Idea 2: THIS app!
So I was all set to share a book I had which had some good pictures and explanation for wudhu, and when i went to look for where to get it, i found this! It’s now an app that is free to download!
It is not just about Wudhu but is about all of salat, which will be useful i’m sure! Although aimed at children, it’s not totally child-friendly in terms of the layout and wording used, but the images alongside your explanation should hopefully do the trick.
Wudhu Series: Idea 1 - Ali and Sumayya App
I thought we would do a (unfortunately short due to lack of stuff out there!) series on Wudhu to help answer someone’s question from last week…
For the Ahle Sunnah, there is actually a great tool out there – two characters who bring it to life called Ali and Sumaya!
With an app (free to download), a full length DVD and even an Ali and Sumaya doll, there are plenty of ways to help children learn their Wudhu (and Salah).
