And spotted in Arafah…
As the Hajis start making their way back…so do photographs! Check out what was spotted in Mecca 🙂
It’s HERE!! (For some anyway :)) – Eid Mubarak if you’re celebrating today… May your day be full of love, laughter and contentment Inshallah.
For those of you who are marking the Day of Arafah today – please do send a dua or two this way!
Do you remember Idea 11 – letting your children take the lead and sharing their celebration with their school at an assembly? Well here is a script that may help you on your way to doing this…
Don’t worry, it’s not too late! We’re doing ours after half term!
Do you need to or want to make a Kaaba and are not sure how to go about it? Check out this link below for an amazingly creative way to do it! If that’s a wee bit too complicated, don’t worry – there are a few more options on the site too – just go back a step to Zilhajj for more ideas.
Please share photos of your final products!
Alhamd, I just came back from the presentation at my daughter’s class and I am buzzing (pun intended)! Here is a photo of the props that we laid out – the kids were curious and excited from the time we started setting up (you should have seen their faces when the cakes came in!) to the time the stickers were handed out and they started colouring in their Kaaba pictures.
But the real reason I am buzzing is because Alhamd, for me at least, the sharing of ideas that have happened through Buzz has helped me no end. Thank you everybody who adds their ideas and posts pictures – they really do go a long way!
For mums looking to update their bookshelves…
So folks…I think I’m all out of ideas! Please feel free to post 🙂
On another note – I am loving the orders – both local and international – that are coming in! Keep ’em coming 🙂
Lastly – if you are thinking of getting the cake toppers/stickers, please let me know ASAP as stock is very limited.
Thanks, and have an awesome rest of the weekend insh!
Idea Number 14:
Again, if you haven’t reached out to your neighbour on Eid-ul-Fitr, why not take this opportunity to do so!
Unfortunately our Neighbour Cardzz are specific for Ramadan and Eid, but you can use one of our Blank range! They are only 75p each, but if you buy a pack of 6 (can be used for community, staff and neighbours!), it is only £4.
Idea Number 13:
If you didn’t manage to do it on Eid-ul-Fitr, fret not – reach out to those who help in the community this Eid! There’s nothing like a box of chocs and a card (Buzz one of course :)) to spread our appreciation and love to those around us!
In case you haven’t seen that post, on Eid-ul-Fitr we went to the police, the library, the fire station and the docs – and left a little something for the postman too!
